Guest guest
Arlene I wouldn't say I'm getting more energy since I had to start Provigil ...I was sleeping 3 hours a day ...started after Thanksgiving. I'm in the creatine study through Clev. Clinic. With the new information that the cell mitochondria are involved in motor neuron diseases and the fact creatine supplies energy at the mitochondrial level I doubt they let me stop. I can't even brag that its building more muscle because the mirror tells me otherwise. My 2005 resolution may be to go on the duck tape diet. lol Eva > Hi Eva, > > I took creatine for 2 yrs along with COq10 but quit because I read it > causes retention of fluid. My ankles are not nearly as swollen now as > they were. Do you think you are getting more energy from the creatine? > I may need to start it again. > Good health to you, > Arlene

Guest guest
Thanks Eva, I'am going back on the creatine for a while. I know the cost is nearly zilch and it may help. Hope Cleveland reveals their findings when trial is over. Duct tape diet doesn't sound like much fun.LOL I'm soon going to need it. I lost 30 lbs in a month when this first started and have been enjoying putting it back on. I enjoy your postings. Arlene
