Re the employer's need to provide " reasonable " accommodate for

disabilities, don't get you hopes up too high.

No worries there about getting my hopes up...right now a simple job

change would be the biggest help they could give me. They have been

reasonable about time off, bills being paid and accomidating all the

restrictions drs have laid on them but I dont anticiapte them doing

alot more to accomodate me at this point. I'm not physically out of

the game yet, though the days do wear on me alot quicker than they

used to. Besides, they will probably tell me that they too " cant

afford the software " and also like you they are within their limits

of the law as far as how they accomodate me. I'm not going to

comlain, they have been good this far.

Hope everyone is having a great night!

Donna,

I lasted about 6 months before the pain became so bad that I just couldn't keep my left leg down long enough to get to work let alone at work. I have to keep my leg up, the higher the better to keep the pain and swelling down.

You asked about pain in other areas, I am not sure as to where your RSD is?

I'm wondering if thats whats causing the aching in my opposite

shoulder and elbow/forearm. I do compensate with my right for the

stuff I used to do with my left such as lifting, carrying trays and

transfers to and from beds.

Hm...more food for thought.

Hope your having a great day

If I take something like tylenol or vicodan than I can sit longer and

do more work on her blanket, I just havent felt painfree enough in

the last couple weeks to enjoy doing it. The weather has been drier

the last few days and that has begun to make a difference so maybe

I'll pick it up later and take advantage of the low level of pain Im

having today.

>we do listen.

Yes you guys certainly do :)

Love
