Lose 50 poungs (I gained 80 after Floyd died - shame on me) 3. Increase exercise (walking to the bathroom and kitchen do NOT count) 4. Start walking my dog when the weather warms up. 5. Read good books every month - 1 a month unless it is really thick. 6. Knit regularly - Finish projects like my sweater, my dog's sweater, Daugher's sweater, and all of those sox 7. Honor my husband in everything I do and think - he is a part of me now as much as always 8. Increase my spiritual relatioship with God (or whatever you call Him) 9. Meditate regularly 10. Write in my journal daily - like I used to I think these will all contribute to better mental and phsyical health which can only complement each other.
