2 Q's ? ? - Re irregular heart beat & Sinemet

Hi everyone,

I am pretty much a lurker here, & have no dx yet. My neuro has me on a

trial of Sinemet right now. Sinemet has not been the " silver bullet " for

me, like it should if I have PD.... but it does seem to help a little with

the stiffness.

My irregular heart beats have been getting worse so they want me to get a

pace maker. My blood pressure is also all over the map 195/105, and then

down to 80/43 - 30 minutes later. Here are my questions:

1.) Are irregular heartbeats a part of MSA?

2.) Can Sinemet be of partial help with MSA?
