Taking HC CAN lower aldosterone in some people which will show up as low

sodium adn definitely WILL cause muslcel spasms. I ahd them for 2 years

befoe I finally had a soium tets thta it showed up on. They kept

checking my potassium which was fine...

You are VERY low and your doctor doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.

You shoul dbe on Florinef. If you can get it from your doctor and you should be

able to with those low labs, Iwould start oit at 1/4 tab (all it comes in is

..1mg tabs) for 7-10 days then increase to 1/2 tab etc, unitl you are at a whole

tab daily in the AM. You will nee to take lots of sea salt wiht it a it needs

sodium to work proper;y.
