I eat the Kroger brand crunchy peanut butter. I have no idea how many carbs,

sugar, etc. I have it on toast once or twice a week. I don't measure it,

I think it would be best to read the ingredient label on the jar, not

just the name on front. That's where you really learn what you need to

know. The name on front is just meant to sell the product.
