Guest guest
Hi , It is so simple to make. You take one cup of whipping cream and bring it just t o a biol. Then take off of heat and whisk in 4 ounces of white chocolate, cut in pieces or use chips. Whisk until melted and then cover and put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. It can be kept that way for several days. When ready to use whip on medium speed until just stiff. If you get it to stiff use a warm rubber spatula to melt it down a bit. This gave me enough to frost an 8" square cake and a dozen cupcakes. I added red and blue food coloring to make patriotic striping and this frosting is so easy to mix color into. Hope you like it. Now, does anyone know how you pronounce Ganache? Felice
