Guest guest
Trace - Some people are just more prone to it than others. I haven't experienced any hair loss. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. You can try increasing your protein and using a shampoo called Nioxin or even get the Rogaine for women if it gets really bad. I think you're supplementing all you can right now. The good news is that it will pass in a couple weeks to a few months. Jeanne in WI Age 39 Open RNY 05/21/2002 314/ 231/150-175 5' 8 " djgraves@... I had surgery on 7/11/02. Lost 39# pre-op for a total of 131 now. My hair has been falling out big time for the last 2 months but I am the only one who notices. I got in plenty of pre-op hair nutrition and am taking all my post-op protien and other supplements. I don't think it makes a difference. You are either going to lose your hair or you aren't. Guest guest
Mine started to fall out at 3-1/2 months. I'm now 6 mos, week and noticed the last 2-3 days that it's not coming out by the handfuls anymore. Just a little more than normal. I can also notice a lot of new growth that's about 1 " long. ~Janet in central NY
Guest guest
I have been doing 5 protein shakes per day, take biotin, and all my vits as recommended. I am now 7.5 months out.... and had two days where I thought oh no....... the hair is falling........ that was it. I continue to do my shakes, always will. I will stop the biotin after I finish this bottle....... since I think it should be fine. But remember, take care of yourself, blood work is essential. And up that protein, add in biotin if you wish. by the way, I am proximal. Hugs, Jules Romero noliptoday@...
