I'll have to get back to you since I have an appt. with the psych med nurse

tomorrow, the PCP on Wednesday, and the pain specialist on Thursday. I'll

get back to you then.

Hi Tigger,

I just wanted to wish you good luck and less pain on your trips to the psych

Here's what I take:

Aciphex - for GERD and hyper acidity

BC for regulated monthly cycles

Allegra for allergies, Flonase for allergies

Guaifenessen for fibro and sinus issues

The occasional Aleve for sore day, or a full Naproxen if I'm really

flaring bad!

Garden of life- Primal Defense (probiotic) for intestinal issues

Garden of Life - Omega Zyme digestive enzyme - aids in digestion

Daily multi vitamin

Daily vitamin C during cold/flu season

Calcium magnesium (citrical) helps ward of S.A.D. during the darker

winter months

And I irrigate my sinuses daily.

And sometimes ginger root for help in any tummy issues.

I'm curious to know who else has GERD or over acidy stomach. I never

knew that was a fibro related thing til I read on one site where it says

this in the list of symptoms: *Irritable Bowel Syndrome -* Constipation,

diarrhea, frequent abdominal pain, abdominal gas, and nausea represent

symptoms frequently found in roughly 40 to 70% of fibromyalgia patients.

Acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) also occurs with

the same high frequency.

Another site called it hyperacidity. It sounded like a good

description, because before I got on Nexium (now taking Aciphex since

insurance quit covering Nexium) I felt like my stomach was drowning in acid.

I also never knew the ibs was fibro related til I started reading the

various websites.
