- I'm sure someone else has already said this, but start drinking

protein drinks now. Get some samples from www.vitalady.com and find one

that you like. After that keep on drinking at least 3 protein drinks a day.

You will find that these fill you up some and take away some of the cravings

to eat. Combine the protein with daily walks and those 20 pounds should

come off just like that. Good luck. We'll support you along the way.

Dear ,

I would recommend loading up on protein shakes before your surgery.

Talk to in Sacramento, CA. She has a great 'testimony' and pre-op

weight loss regimen.
