Popcorn doesnt have much of an effect on me thank God as i love popcorn. As a

matter of fact a ate a small bag of micro wave popcorn and tested right

before and about two hours later and my reading after i ate it was actually

about five points lower. So as i keep saying don't listen to others saying

you should not eat this or that the basic rule of thumb is eat it and

test. What one can eat the other cant.

My doctor states that you need to be under 120 2 hours after meals.

for a glucose test for a type 2 120 is the cut off for diabetic #'s, and

this is 2 hours after a meal or 2 hours after the glucose drink.
