When I broke both my legs, I just sat on an exercise ball and bounced.

At least that exercises the lymphatic system and gets the heart rate up

some. Now that my legs are improving, I'm back to just gently bouncing

on a Rebounder (minitrampolene), not jumping, but keeping my feet on the

mat.

Collage Video has a video for wheelchair bound people that has upbeat

dance music so I assume it must raise the heart rate. I gave one to my

mother and she loves it.

Amber I am glad for your recovery and thanks for the tip. That seems like a

really good idea. It's pay day, I think an exercise ball is just what the doc

ordered...lol. Thank you for posting.
