Hi Gretchen, Not knowing what other meds you are on or your medical history, we cannot make a recommendation. I suggest that you call your pharmacist. They will know exactly what you can and cannot take. hugs Eunice
Guest guest
http://www.diabetesstore.com/listitems asp?category=cc & catname=Cough+and+Cold & page=2 & search=medicine3 Here is a site here that has diabetic meds. You can also call your pharmacy and ask them what they carry. Would be easier than ordering online. I have never ordered from this site so I dont know if they are any good. But you can at least get the medicine names off it then call and ask the pharmacy. Maybe even walmart pharmacy may have the stuff even cheaper. fran If you judge people, you have no time to love them. Guest guest
Something I have done for years is take 3 or 4 lemons and cut them in about 6 pieces. I put them in a pan and just cover them about an inch above with water. I boil them about 5 minutes. I pour it in a coffee cup and sip it all day. Something from the pealing, I cant remember the name right now. Really breaks up and helps you get rid of chest conjestion. I drink 4 to 6 cups in a day. I even give it to my kids when sick. It helps me well with the lung spasems I get when sick. It tastes like warm lemonaid. My kids like honey in it but I like it plain. As always ask your doctor before you try anything. fran If you judge people, you have no time to love them. Guest guest
Do you have to take liquid medication? I don't think cold pills have sugar in them..I take the kind that doesn't make you sleepy and has cough suppressant in them...almost every store has them in a store brand, but Comtrex is a good " name brand "
