Manx_Kitty surgery day

Manx_Kitty just asked me to update everyone about

her surgery

today. She was done by 10:15 am and Dr.

Baggs said she did

beautifully. Her insides are all pink and

pretty and her

gallbladder looks great. After recovery she

had to have an

insulin injection because her sugar levels were

low, but other

than that she is doing great.

I got to visit her about 1:30 pm and they had

already had her up

twice to walk and had already removed her urinary

catheter! She

was dozing in and out and eating ice chips this

afternoon.

I'll update more tomorrow after I talk to her and

her mom. It does

look like she'll be able to come home tomorrow.
