Guest guest
GNC makes a 6 compartment pill holder that I carry in my purse in case I need to take something and I'm not home. This could be used for daily pills too. The compartments are large yet the whole thing is great for my purse and it will hold a couple days worth of EVERYTHING. For daily, I put everything out the night before. I keep a small custard cup on my counter and put the daily dose of pills in there. I can tell what each thing is except the dry E and calcium look the same. So I put the E on one side and take that first thing. I have pretty much gotten into a good routine and get all my pills in the same time each day but with all the pills sitting there looking at me, it keeps me reminded. Guest guest
Yeah, my four times a day holder has pretty small slots, too. Sometimes, they are jam packed. But I've gotten used to it. The other idea is to buy the bigger ones that have one compartment for each day of the week. Then have 4 or 5 of them with each one labeled for the time of day that pill thing is for. But then you gotta lug around those 4 or 5 things with you when you travel. I like mine because each day's worth of pills comes out separate so I can just take the one day with me on day trips. Good luck shopping for it. Jeanne in WI Age 39 Open RNY 05/21/2002 314/ 231/150-175 5' 8 " djgraves@...
Guest guest
I requested blue, then yellow, but said I'd settle for everything but green! (Their prostate health pill is green & white.
