Hi ,

Too bad about the beer cooler at work.

I'm still looking for that Belgium beer...

I eat better now also but have to admit my weakness at the vending

machine at work is Reeses' peanut butter cups... they chew real easy!

:)

I looooove Reeses PB Cups too. Somehow I am able to resist them, I

guess because my mind rationalizes the cheese puffs as less calories.

But they're both junk food so maybe I should just give in, right?

Chees puffs vs Reeses cups... I guess it depends on how many you eat

as to which has the most calories... ha!

I make sure I only bring a loonie to work (one canadian dollar coin -

that's how much either costs from the gut machine). I try not to

borrow from my colleagues, and I remind them that I do not pay

interest ....

I have a feeling that next visit to the gut machine I just may break

down and do the PB cups... it's all your fault y'know!

Good for you, smart move keeping only a buck ( " loonie " ,I never heard

that term before..) for the machines... Sounds like you'll stand a

little longer at the machine now, trying to decide... he, he, he....

We don't have cheese puffs in our machine... but I'd sure get hooked

if they did.

see ya

Hey ,

Our one dollar coin has a picture of a loon on it, hence

the " loonie " . Our two dollar coin is known as the " toonie " , but a

fair number of Canadians wanted to call it a " moonie " - that's

because on one side is a bear, and the other side the Queen - if you

think about it, the Queen's backside is bare (bear) and she's

mooning .... teehee!

That is too funny!! My husband is sort of a coin collector & he knew

immediately that the coin had a loon on it.... but he had never heard

it called loonie.... too cute!

I have never heard the " moonie " one before, . And I'm Canadian!

It's pretty darned funny, though. I think I'll start using that one,

if you don't mind.
