1/2 Plum 3gms

Lunch

Cottage Cheese 5gms

Pork Rinds

Snack CC 2gms

and Pork rinds

Dinner

Hamburger Pattie with Bacon and Provolone cheese <1gm

LOTS of water (I walked dogs for several hours today at the clinic)

1 gin martini 0

With juice of one lime 3gms

about 1oz of Walnuts 3gms

one string cheese <1gm

cantalope 5-6 gms

exercise, walking about 20 dogs and then when I got home I helped hold

together two 100lb dogs who were tied (visiting bitch here for breeding)

that's upper body workout if I ever heard of one!!! My muscles will be sore

tomorrow.
