Hi ,

What I have been doing to using Canation Instant Breakfast (Sugar Free of

course) and what I do is add Penut Butter in mine to give it additional flavor

as

well as protien. I also add Equal or Splenda-- something to make it sweet.

Put it in a blendar and do not forget the ice to make it cold.

, I use the GNC 100% Whey Protein...it is powder that you mix with milk.

Personally, I like the vanilla better than the chocolate. It has 23 gms of

protein per serving,3 gms Total carbs, and 1gm sugars.....Hope this

How do you make protein shakes??

My doctor said if I am going to the gym I need to try to get a

protein drink in my diet. How do you make em? And I want a good

recipe, I heard some can taste awful. And are the Low cal???

I use GNC 100% Whey Protein and make a smoothie! They taste so good

that I have friends that do not need to drink them but like them so

much!

1 scoop whey vanilla

2 oz of crystal light (any flavor I have mixed in it the fridge)

1 banana

5 strawberries (or blueberries, rasberries etc)

or leave off berries and use 1 Tbs peanutbutter

ice cubes

and blend

or for a Snickers Bar shake!

1 scoop whey chocolate flavor

2 oz of crystal light (any flavor I have mixed in it the fridge)
