LOL The problem is I spend so much time reading that I have very little time to respond and that bothers me. I also like to help when someone has a question or a problem but a lot of times the questions are answered in so many diffferent ways and I don't feel as bad. Enjoy your break, we'll miss you! Yeah, my kids are gone to see their dad, and I was determined that I was going to thoroughly clean the house. I got ONE drawer done. The phone got disconnected, and I'm so ticked at the phone company, so we don't have a phone except for cell phone. Geesh.... I DID, however, buy my protein!!!! Other people have stopped posting after receiving flack for some personal WW/lifestyle choices (like modifying the program for them, even if for just one day) and personally, I've never minded seeing anything messages like that. But, I'm just a member on the board, and I know the moderators don't approve of it. I think posting that you ate bad one day gives it credibility to the fact that you did it only one day and you plan on getting right back on program today. If you didn't post that you had not counted points, it might be more like you're trying to hide it, and that's where things start to go sour and the weight comes back on. You are VERY serious about this diet, but admitting that you went off program shouldn't be a bad thing. This is all in my opinion and even though I might be alone in this, I did need to mention it in support of your one-day decision. 175/157.4/130 Taking a break Just letting you all know that I'm taking a break from the list for a while.
