Guest guest
I was fortunate enough to find this group when I was diagnosed with a-fib. After having had an ablation for atrial flutter last year and having been in NSR for 7 months, I was feeling pretty good so the diagnosis came as a serious disappointment. I'm now scheduled for an ablation on March 16th and just wanted to thank everyone here. The information gained through following the discussions and the leads to other sources of information formed the basis for my decision to go ahead with the procedure. I chose not to go the long term drug therapy route for a variety of reasons. Mainly, I wanted the problem fixed. Again, the information I learned through this group allowed me to make what I believe is an informed decision. Thank you, again. Will try and post my experience after the procedure if it will help others. I know my decisions may not be the right one for everyone, but I'm confident its the right one for me.
