Great picture Margot! It is so nice to have a face to put with a name! Did you

have a nice vacation? Where did you go? (I was wondering where you were

lately!)

Hello,

First off, CONGRATULATIONS to all the losers!!! I'm so jealous and so happy

for you all.

After our 9-day (spring) vacation I have gotten so busy that I was not able

to read my mails as often as I would like to. Also the new computer I

ordered from Dell arrived today so again I might not be able to check my

mails while I transfer all my files to the new computer.

By the way, this is my latest picture taken on May 3 and the thin lady

beside me is my best friend for 9 years in Japan. We met on Easter Sunday

(1993) in a church and we've been close ever since. Anyway, just wanted to

show my huge face to everyone. Hehehe!

Okay, I still have 1,503 e-mails to read.

Hugs,

Margot

Hi ,

I had a very nice vacation and half of it was relaxing. Thank you for asking. I got to visit friends and my in-laws. We didn't go anywhere special but we were out most of the time. The highlight of our vacation was that we were able to watch the CART Bridgestone Potenza 500 race that was held in Twin Ring Motegi, Japan.

Hey Margot! I was wondering what happened to you...Nice pic! It's

nice to have a face to put with the name. Hope you had a nice

vacation! Good luck on reading all the messages...lol! glad you're

back. Did you ever find out about WW international? I just thought

of something...do you want me to get you an extra set of the WW food

companion that they sell at meetings? I don't know how much shipping

would be to Japan, though. Or I can send you the points calculator..

(it's basically just a cardboard slide-ruler thing that can be used

to calculate points of items...it will fit in a standard letter

envelope.) I can just ask for an extra one next time I go to a

meeting. This way you can bring it with you when you're shopping and

look up points and stuff when you're away from the computer. Also,

WW has an at home kit that's advertised in the magazine.

It's so embarrassing to say but this would be my first real aerobics class. I hope I don't die of a heart attack on Thursday.

Now are we supposed to drink water before or after the exercise?

Hugging you back,

Thanks, Riza! I still have more e-mails to read.

I haven't contacted WW again. I'm thinking maybe I can do

this on my own for now, but I'm very much interested with

WW food companion and the points calculator. What's a

food companion anyway? How much do you think they cost

without the shipping fee?

By the way I subscribed for the WW newsletter today and I

already ordered the WW cookbook.

Thanks Margot. I would like to to that, but can I use my dog! LOL! Ahhh, but I am serious! I hate having my picture taken. I am not very photogenic at all. I get teased all the time, that this is why I take photography so I am always behind the camera!

I'd just sell it for the normal cost. It's barely used. I bought it and then found the downloadable stuff a few days later. Let me check on the price and I'll let you know. :)

There is a dining out guide and a guide listed by brand name for food.

I know how you feel. I also hate having my picture taken. Unfortunately, my hubby loves to take my picture...don't ask me why. I can't hide because he does it even when I'm sleeping or in the bathroom. Weird man I tell you! He said I would appreciate looking at the pictures when we're old. So far, we have 9,000 pictures since 1991 not counting the wedding pictures. Can you believe that?

If you're serious, give me the picture of your dog and I'll see what I can do. Please e-mail it here: margot@...

Actually, with the right picture, it's quite easy. I used PSP 7 (Paint Shop Pro) and followed the tutorial here: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Cabin/6995/FadedEdges.html

Have fun!

Yes, I specified it that way so the picture (our faces) won't be covered with letters and so on. It's just a style. I used PSP to create the graphics for the background and I used Letter Creator to make it into a stationery with specified font, color and etc. I think it only works best with IncrediMail.

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it.

I use PSP to create my graphics like this picture for example and the textured background then I use Letter Creator (IncrediMail) to make it into a stationery with specified font, font color, margins and etc.
