Guest guest Posted May 4, 2002 Report Share Posted May 4, 2002 Weezie! i do a version of the first recipe.. i think! its with a packet (it says 2 tbsp) of ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning... and i substitute mexicorn for the corn...and i use mexican style tomatoes and diced tomatoes... its yumm! my family likes it.. its very thick (so add water or tomato sauce if you like it runnier) and i put it over lettuce to make a taco salad someitmes.. im also pretty sure that it would freeze well!!!
