I haven't heard anything about not being able to chew gum. I have

heard of the possibility of dumping from chewing sugared gum, but I

don't chew anything but sugarless myself. I have been chewing it

right along with no problem.

I also heard that in chewing gum you swallow a lot of air. Could give you

bad gas.
