I was miserable before doxy, miserable on it, and now even more miserable

without it but it is still another 6 weeks till I see Dr Franco and I am so

nauseus I am so dried out. I cant stand it. I keep hoping the AP therapy will

help the Sjogren, peripheral neuropahty and the constant dizziness. I dont have

clear diagnosis for the last one but hope it too is mycoplasma caused. I just

went from 8 bad on doxy to 10 off it so I really want to get back on. I dont

know what to do. I want my tests with him to be accurate. I am takign LDN and

now worry that it may affect his testing. I didnt stop taht just the Doxy. Any

opionions? Also does anyone know if the LDN should also be stopped before seeimg

him? Thought it said on his web site that immune boosters should be stopped too

and I think that what LDN is....

Hi Phil, his RN said to keep taking it becasue getting off can be bad, I told

her I was only on a few weeks though. But his web site says to not take. I am so

miserbale that I feel like I shoudl be doing something, I mean, its not like in

a month I will be cured but I dont want it affecting lab results when already it

is hard to detect mycoplasma sometimes as it is. I wonder if taking it a month

woudl really make a diff but since i am going out of my way to see him I hate to

mess things up....

Hi Phill. May I ask what condition Dr Franco is seeing your wife for?

Has she seen him yet? Did he do any IV's?

His office told me he doenst see much Sjogrens patients and that it is much

harder to treat than RA, Scleroderma etc...which is very depressing.

Hope you have a great holiday weekend. You are such a great husband to be on

the board on her belhalf.

Maybe you should call the Dr. and see if you can have the medication switched? I

was very nauseous on tetracycline and couldn't stand it anymore even though

before it worked just fine.

So I called the Dr. office and they switched me to minocycline over the phone

and it's much better! There is no need to suffer.

I think there was a misunderstanding. I am not dizzy from any med, I am dizzy on

my own. Thanks for your message though.
