Guest guest
When I start getting charley horses I have to increase my calcium and a little magnesium. I have to supplement anyway because of the gastric by-pass. I've got some good ones that you chew and are chocolate. That's when I take the muscle relaxer, because even after I manage to 'rub it out', it stays sore for days. I usually only get these during a flare, but then I might get them more than once a day. They can be in the arch of my foot or my calf or thigh. They are one thing that bring me to tears. I've done everything suggested to prevent them, but nothing works.
