But i dont call them scars those are my trophies! I have 2 wonderfull , beautifull, bundles of joy, and i see my scares as my trophies that i can carry with me everywhere no matter what! And my hernia scars are trophies to because trust me there is a dr. in this world that is still breathing and i deserve a reward for letting that happen.LOL the scars are going to be the least of our problems afterwards. And I cant see anyones partner having a problem with them. We have those scars because we made a major decision to live longer and heathier lives with that person. again another trophie to remember it all. ***With all the posts that I have been reading about scarring, it really gave me an idea for my own husband. We were talking the other day (Saturday maybe??), and I told him that whenever he sees my RNY scar, to look at it as a badge of honor, because I will have been brave enough to HAVE this surgery... He just looked at the area where I drew the line with my finger, and kind of smiled... Just thought I'd share that...
