Guest guest
hi! i lost about 7-10 lbs. all together but as soon as your braces stop hurting, you usually put it right back on. everytime i get them tightened i find chewing kinda troublesome, but you quickly find ways around it. the best way to utilize the weight loss thing is to train yourself to eat smaller portions of everything. it's easy to get there cuz eating takes so long that your stomach is full before you know it! good luck! kat (LA) > HEY I'M JUST WONDERING IF ANY ONE LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT WHEN THEY GOT > THEIR BRACES ON IF SO HOW MUCH WEIGHT WAS LOST? Guest guest
My small son recently hugged me and was able to put his arms all the way around me. It felt so good. I have a lot of stress in my life right now. I'm going to Korea and Japan to visit with my son and I'm taking my 11 yr. special needs son with me a 14 hour flight. Good thing it's a direct flight. I have his lithem with me that will help. Then once there I need to put up with my daughter-in law from Hell, I should come back from my two month trip with more weight loss, there will be a lot of foods that I can not eat over there because of health reasons and doctors with bacteria over there. A lot of bottled water. Pray for me. Reven 2-14-03 392-266-so far P.O. Box 147 Rio , Ca 95673Stampin' Up!cindyreven.stampinup.net

Guest guest
Hi I wish that your trip hold better moments than you anticipation paints. Of course I will pray for you and hope that the flight goes well for you and your son. Are you allowed to pack protien powders to take there in case you are worried about the protien issues ? You are a brave one ! Sorry about the daughter in law from hell, when i have issues with people that i feel like that about I tend to bring some books and lay low..........and smile a lot. Think good things about seeing your son and best of luck to you Colleen Reven wrote: My small son recently hugged me and was able to put his arms all the way around me. It felt so good.
