Guest guest
Maureen, I think we've all used our walker to sit and then have someone push us. Sure is a lot more convenient. We were at Epcot Center several years ago with Don and Bettie Jo and Don pushed Bettie Jo. Thurza said she and Jim used it all the time on their cruise...she sat, Jim pushed. Guest guest
Maureen, Hope the ham string is feeling better! I saw a man at Teamwalk do that for his wife. She sat down and he pushed her down the hall. I would have never thought of that either, but it looked like it worked just great. Take care, Sue Me > Has anyone ever done this. Guest guest
Maureen, If I would have read more, I would have seen it was your groin muscle. Hope it is feeling better! Guest guest
Well, it works fine as long as you are on a really smooth surface. While in Chicago, we were using mine as a wheelchair walking back from the hospital to the hotel. My hubby and I were busy chatting away when we hit a bump in the sidewalk. Over we went with me on the sidewalk (my head did a nice bounce), the walker on top of me and Don on top of the walker! Had a few bruises on that one. So now I'm pretty cautious about being pushed on my walker. I think my head still hurts! Good thing there is nothing in there. I know there is nothing there because everytime I've had an MRI they told me they didn't find anything. :-) Thomson
