Guest guest
Yes, I am self treating. I am trying to get my cortisol levels up to stabilize adrenals. I am at stage 7 and on 35 mg but the last three days I have been stable in temps so if this continues I will be starting with low doses T3 after that. Took that added 5 mg of cream at night and back on the progesterone to get the temps more even. I haven't had my iron tested lately but will probably add some in with Vitamin A and some more C just to be safe. I think I am lacking C again, and glad we got on this discussion with Naffy's hives because it reminds me my black and blue marks that don't heal, gum pain, and vessel issues (cherry angiomas have increased by the hundreds on body lately) are symptoms of Vit C deficiency and I haven't been as good about dosing as I used to. Cheri Re: T3 woke up my brain Cheri, Are you going to take T3 only? Are you waiting to get cortisol and ferritin up first? What's your status? Are you going to self-treat like me? RE: T3 woke up my brain That's good news, ! Makes me hopeful for when I start my T3, Cheri .
Guest guest
Lithium orotate is recommended on the mercury lists too, but I don't remember why. I think it is to help mood. Guest guest
I just took a tiny dose (I think it was less than 5 mcgs.) first time, but I noticed the wake-up of the brain even though I still have other bad symptoms. Guest guest
Okay, so you've gotta work on that vitamin C. Good luck to us taking T3. I'm really nervous though because of my previous reactions to any thyroid hormone. I was just reading that Lithium Orotate can help. I picked some up at my health food store (lithium orotate 64.5 mg. tablets) RE: T3 woke up my brain That's good news, ! Makes me hopeful for when I start my T3, Cheri . Guest guest
http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic918.htm Perhaps you better read up on Lithium before taking it. It interferes with thyroid hormones and is knwon ot cause hypo and goiter. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Where do you get your T3? Is is via Dr prescription or are you able to by it online?
