Guest guest
Deb - I use a pill dispenser that has sections for Morning, Noon, Evening and Bed. In the morning, I have my iron and C, and also my medications and recently added my first dose of calcium. I wait an hour after the iron/C and then take the rest in the morning compartment. You don't have to stick to the time divisions on the compartments. Just wait at least a couple hours between doses of vitamins. Your idea might work, too. You'll get it all figured out. Take care. Guest guest
LOL agree totally - I have ALWAYS been nuts - giggles - thanks for the thoughts.........hugs from deb in NE Vitamin question > Hey gang - I have a question - any and all thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated. I am finding that I forget to take some of my vitamins - the iron and C I take every am - all alone - and then do just fine til about mid afternoon - then I forget to go back and take the rest. My question IS - can I put all my vitamins for the day - with the exception of the iron and C - in my pill cup - I have them marked so I know which is which - zinc is pink - calcium is blue - etc - and just take them through the day - even if I get them all in by supper time - is it ok? With the colors I will know not to take all 4 calcium at once - but -this way - I would have them all there - and just take em off and on through the day - and get all my vitamins in at once... Any thoughts? Some of my coworkers already think I am nuts for taking so many but - shrugs - I was nuts before I had surgery - so what would be different there? Thanks for the input all - this would really help me remember to get em all in every day. Guest guest
Deb in Ne I put all my pills ( vitamins) in a pill box the one where each day can be removed and I take the one for whatever day it is out and off I go where ever I may be going that day . I always put them in a certain order so I know which is calcium and that way I don't get mixed up and I take them ever hour or two till I am done except for the bedtime doses hope this helps . Don't feel bad I was nuts before too and I could care less what peps think as long as I am healthy TN Vitamin question > Hey gang - I have a question - any and all thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Yippeee......... was hoping one of the experts would say that. I love the chewable kids vits. Hugs, Vitamin Question > I take two childrens chewable vits a day. Do these need to be taken separately? > > Hugs, > > >
Guest guest
R I don't know about expert but I would think it takes two childrens to equal one adult vitamin and I do two equal to centrum a day so I say you need four a day *enjoy* but ask mom she has had years of experience with finding what works for RNY and what does not Vitamin Question > > > > I take two childrens chewable vits a day.
