Maybe have an extra protein drink if eating seems too difficult? You obviously are doing a great job with your weight loss, but 250 calories including protein drinks seems like only protein drinks to me. This is OK when you've overindulged and need to get back on track, but for normal standards, you should be getting more like 700 calories a day.
