Would you mind reposting your dietician's instructions? I would love to compare

that information to what I have. Many thanks!

Johanna - I would try and increase your calorie level some if you can.

Maybe have an extra protein drink if eating seems too difficult? You

obviously are doing a great job with your weight loss, but 250 calories

including protein drinks seems like only protein drinks to me. This is OK

when you've overindulged and need to get back on track, but for normal

standards, you should be getting more like 700 calories a day. I believe I

already sent you my dietician's instructions, didn't I? Let me know if you

need me to resend. Take care.
