HUMMINGBIRD - This Is Amazing...Give the pictures time to load...

A lady in Calif. found a humming bird nest and got pictures all the

way from the egg to leaving the nest.

Took 24 days from birth to flight! Very neat and good pictures.

Thanks for shareing Dale, I thought that was really interesting. So when they

said then there was only one, did that mean the other ate him? Just curious.

Every spring I have a hummingbird show up and look in my window

until I feed him. Before fall arrives, several hummingbirds gather

and fight for the large food supply. I have a one way window cover

so I can watch them closely. Did you know that they have long white

tongues? I enjoyed the pictures.

PS: If you feed the hummingbirds please don't put food color in

their sugar water. Mine never miss it. I use a red bottom on my

feeder and that will draw them in.
