Guest guest
Sharon: I am sorry you are in so much pain. I hope going through this test at least gets you some help in getting some meds or other help for your pain. Guest guest
Tracie, I think this may be brand to brand . It sounds very petty, but tracie, dearest, I have increase the size of your font times at least four. It's kind of like the really find print at the bottom of an important contract. So, perhaps you could go much larger? I think that goes for a couple of the other real sweeties that write very long letters. I know I'm in middle age and need to enlarge everything, so my preferences has everything on 14-16 size fonts. Hope this wasn't insulting. Hope you are feeling a little better. > Sharon, > > Please change the font you're using. Guest guest
I also go to View at the left top side of the screen and go to text size and press largest. It enlarges all the messages for me. When typing out I use Font size 5 and Comic sans as the print type. It helps me to use bigger print so I can see what I'm typing out, too. Joan, your print size is just a tad small for me but it sure is bigger than most. I have to admit that on really bad days if the print is too small and the post is long...I'll just glance over it. It's just too hard on my eyes otherwise. S.pickstands@... wrote: , How is this size?...too big?...too small? , Blurry?...Clear? Guest guest
Dear Sharon, I'm so sorry we got off the real subject of your post!...I apologize for my part in it from the bottom of my heart! ... actually, I really did want to respond to your initial post ... especially since I need to get scheduled for a SA test myself. I'm sorry they couldn't get a good SA reading on you, but I'm very glad that your pain issue was documented and can hopefully soon be addressed! What, if any, kind of pain meds are you currently taking?...Do you have a Pain Specialist? Also, what does a level 87 mean in the SA test? I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep in a strange place with wires hooked up to me, and knowing a camera is on me! ... I often turn over on to my stomach when I sleep ... usually right after Joe starts nudging me because I am snoring too loudly! What happens if you can't sleep? ... My sleep patterns have changed in that I usually sleep best (and most often!) in the day and am wide awake at night, unable to fall asleep at times until 4:30 a.m. When will you see Dr. Hinkle again?...what kind of dr. is this? Again, I apologize and meant to harm to you or your post ... I hope you can accept my apology and hope you do not leave the group!, Joan I want to let you know that I had a Sleep Apnea Test last night followed by another Narcolepsy test. Why wouldn't I sleep during the day. My pain level is so high that I cannot get a descent night's sleep. My tech giving the test called it off at 4:30 this morning because she couldn't get true readings. I did drop to 87 but I didn't saty long enough because of my pain in the back and right hip. She documented this on her report. Now Dr. Hinkle will know how bad this pain is affecting me. Guest guest
Joan the 87% is O2 level. The oxygen level is not suppose to drop when you are sleeping. It drops a little but not quite that low. They will put electrodes on your head with glue, they will monitor your heart, and put a snore microphone on you. Then you are to go to sleep. Make sure you wear a loose fitting top, take all your night time meds with you and your favorite pillow.
