So far, Isopure vanilla-flavored is the one she 'likes' best. Guest guest
hi. finding a palatable prot shake is a mission. there are samples available online. after gagging on half a dozen different brands, Champion whey stack was the best & you can even hand mix it. lori h. > my wife has the surgery on 10/20/03 > and now she's past the liquid diet and on to stage 2;but she is > having problems getting down the protein > anyone else had this problem? Guest guest
I've been watching this post since it started so I guess I will add my 2 cents.. GNC makes a mix its is 100% whey protein powder it comes in chocolate and strawberry and after sampling several types I find this to be the best but this is only my opinion.. Guest guest
, I've tried the EAS Whey Protein and I did not like it at all! I just tried mixing it with the Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast and it was still gross. The only shake I've tried so far that I like is the Atkins shakes. They're pretty good. Just my two cents. Guest guest
Barbara: There is a protein shake at GNC called " Real Protein. " It has 30 grams per shake and can be mixed with water or milk. Comes in strawberry, vanilla or chocolate. GNC has a variety of protein shakes. I chose the 30 gram per shake, but you can go all the way up to 70 grams. I believe, though, that the body can only digest 30-40 grams per serving. Guest guest
Laurel, I have used Pro-Blend chocolate swiss for breakfast and sometimes twice a day. I believe it has really helped me get my weight off and taken away my cravings for sweets. I have not advanced to drinking it with water, I use non fat milk.
