I can remember back a few years ago, when I would get up from the table thinking about what I would be eating for the next meal. I always ate between meals and not a small amount. I know a lot about compulsive eating and there is not a beginning or an end. I still have to be careful or I could very easily go back to that way of eating. On those days, I want to eat everything in the house, I just exercise more. I also weigh once or twice a week. If those scales go up a pound, I know I have to stop eating as much between meals.
