Good morning Lu, How are ya feeling today? Been up since 3am and just

hanging around till it's time to get going.(that takes forever) I have to go

to court today with my daughters girlfriend. This guy was stalking her and

has been in a hosp for 2 yeas and now they want to let him out. He still

drinks his own blood and his aim in life is to blow up the girl and her

family. Yea..... he's ready to be released???? Well onto better subjects.

So far 16 people have responded to blood type. 9 0's, 4 A's

1 B and 2 AB. Don't know that any of that matters, but keeping track just

the same. Gives my ol brain something to do. (Trying to keep its memory

working. Hope you have a great day and get your clothes from Heidi soon.

Oh Hi group I figured I had better let people know what is going on as I will

probably be on and off this puter for a couple of days. Having some problems

here, nothing major. The most minor thing is I hate allergies!!!!! I am in

the midst of an attack from hell. called and asked me if I had air

cleaners and I do all over the house and they are all on BUT the windows are

open so the pollen and whatever is coming in anyway, we had a good dumb

moment laugh over that one, I needed it, and it felt good. Heidi called and

brought out the sentimental side of me. but I love her for her kind heart and

words. Rene called she is back on but doing poorly.

My son was assaulted Saturday night/sundayam while leaving a club. He was

walking to the car he was riding in and it was surrounded by bouncers and one

bouncer grabbed hit him in the side of his head with the barrel of his

gun and pointed it at him.

being of a more sound mind than I would have been booked ass away from

there before he got shot. was unarmed. he sustained a 2 21/2 gash in

his head on the side above the ear a few inches. he threw his shirts in the

river (look for a nicely dressed carp swimming away from Philly now that he

has some decent threads) and his friend went home to get him a clean shirt,

he didn't want me to see him with blood on him. they went to a friends bar

and got cleaned up and cane home at am. It is not unlikely for me to be up

when he comes home I usually am on the computer and he usually comes into the

room and tells me he is home so I can eyeball him and see if he is drunk (I

have rules) this night he came up and said Mom " m home going to bed. I

thought nothing of it at the time since I knew he had an early baseball game

and had to be up in 5 hours. he was out before

I got up

BUT when he came home I saw his head. With his short dark hair a gash really

stands out I freaked like a typical Italian mother and demanded to know what

happened. Before he had a chance to continue I asked who he was with and I

called them and told then to book ass around to the house. NOW they came in a

hurry. they all know mamma Angie is sick and on some terrible meds that makes

me a monster in a split second. I took one guy, Jerry another and my niece

the third to get the story.

It seems he was walking to the car that his friends were in and it (car) was

surrounded by bouncers, as he approached the car one of them grabbed

and hit him in the head causing a two 1/2 gash. then pointed the gun at him

and said a few nasty things. I am going to have to teach this man nasty when

we find him. and we will~!!!!!!!!. I have a new reason to live to make this

man miserable!!!!

then I get news from the doctor. It seems the disease (not saying which one)

is beginning to effect my kidneys,. my last two labs came back with me being

dehydrated then severly dehydrated. the last one was. I go for more labs Wed

am they are also checking glucose as it begun to rise at about the same time.

I am having problems with urine being very very dark and infrequentand I

drink it has to be a gallon of fluids a day mostly water. I am not showing

edema my feel are swollen but only a little like usual we just don't know

what is going on with that now. so I wil l be going I am sure for tests and

more tests so I maybe a bit scarse. if anyone needs me or wants me newbies or

oldies but goodies just write me a private email and put something catchy in

the sub line. Use angecatw1@... I wil see it first.

I received the papers you emailed me going to read it in a minute did

you get the papers I mailed to you? you should have them by now

well that is the philly saga so far it should be good when more details come

out

Angie. Yesterday was the first day of the hearing and let me tell you it was

scarey. My 19 year old 's best friend was being stalked in high school.

This same boy stalked from 3rd grade up until 10th grade. Yes 3rd

grade. 2 years ago he pulled a knife on Meg's friend's brother and they

found another (butcher Knife on him when they arrested him. He was wanting

to drink everyone's blood, as he already drank his own. He has spent 2 years

in juvenile hall and his time is up and the want to release him. This is a

jury trial. He was only charged with a misdemenor at the time and has never

really hurt anyone (yet) so they want him out.

He states he can't be left alone with children because he want to rip them

apart and eat their intrals. He has stood over his parents with a butcher

knife and thought of killing them. In the phsc report they compared him to

Damher. Enough of the gore. He lives around the cornor from me and

we are scared. Aren't you glad you asked?lol. Well I have to go back the

rest of the week. Should go to jury on Friday. If I'm not back on Sat,

you'll know I've been held in contempt.lol Sorry I vented so much, just an

upsetting day.

, and also so sorry to hear you are having more

problems - you are in my prayers, I always wish there

was something physical one could do, but know we all

love you and care for you and your family, Without

you we wouldnot have this group and we would all be

, thank you for all of you thoughts and prayers. We live in a small

town and of course they want no publicity so nothing is being written, we've

tried. He will never go to jail, because he has never harmed any one. His

dad is at court but has decided not to testify for him. The jury must find

beyond a reasonable doubt that if let out, he Will harm someone. I'm tellin

ya he will. So much more came out yesterday. I'm putting it in Gods hands

for now. Thanks for your support. It is really appreciated.

that. Shows how much evil there is in the world. Are his parents

wanting him to get out? Seems like they should be scared. Have

the newspapers got hold of this trial and what he has done and wants to

do? Maybe some publicity would put some pressure on the case.

Can you call a state Senator to get them there?

I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you to have to sit there

with an animal like that and know he may be right around the corner.

I don't know what to say except that I'll pray God wins on this one and

keeps him at least in a psychiatric hospital if not jail.

Please keep us up on how you are doing and try not to let this make

you flare (LOL).

So sorry you are having to live through this experience. Can't

imagine how difficult it must be since this is so close to home.

I can't believe that story!!! since 3rd grade? this guy is just a sick pup a

demented one at that. It has to be upsetting for you, hell I know it would be

for me. How does the jury look? is he testifying? I am shocked that release

was even considered committment in a mental institution sounds about right

instead. pleas elet me know what happens and I will pray for a just verdict.

Angie, thanks for your support. It was advised 2 years ago that he be sent to

a mental hospital, but the judge overrulled it. He is in CYA (Calif. Youth

Authority) The jury consists of no one under I'd say 35-40 so they look

good. Like most would have children and grandchildren and understand our

concern. Hell, yesterday we found out about some poor little chua????( you

know the taco bell dog) who had every thing done to him by the defendant

(sexually) that you can imagine. Yes he did testify, and came accross as a

bright, intelligent, calm man.( he's 19) It's just so scary. Today it

should be over, he either stays another 18 months or he's out today. If that

is the case, you' ll find my on your doorstep with my family and we will be

the permanent squirell chasers. Thanks Angie for everything. I'll let you

know what happens.
