I have also lost a few pounds just doing the protein. I have been trying to figure out what my nest reward to myself will be. I can't wait for my rounds of plastic surgery. Double chocolate with caramel..YUMM...I hope when I get on the scale it goes down some. I tried picking up a 100 pound weight at the gym the other day. I couldnt lift it. I always think of 5lb bags of sugar. Funny, because I told my kids last night how much I have lost. Mysti says, " Sissy, that is one of me and " (my 4 year old). I thought about it and said, you know, i couldn't pick both of you up at once. I can barely pick up my 4 year old. Crazy that we carried all that around for so long. I bought some little 3lb weights at Wal-Mart to start using on my arms. Can do that while sitting at watching tv at night. I started last night. Whew!!! After about 50 reps those 3lbs felt like 30!
