Good work Shauna, so close to the goal.......Congrats......Are you doing all

protein right now? Man it works, I have lost a few pounds in just the last

few days doing it. And like you I need to get back out there and pound the

Way to go Shauna...

I am also close to the 100 pound mark. I got 5 pounds to go. I weighed

in at 195 yesterday. I have also lost a few pounds just doing the

protein. I have been trying to figure out what my nest reward to myself

will be. I can't wait for my rounds of plastic surgery. My friend had her

tummy tuck and looks wonderful. Keep on keeping on and you will be buying

new clothes very soon..

Good Morning Everyone,

I just weighed in and have lost 2lbs. I have been the same for about 2 wks

now. So this is nice. I have hit 257 now. I am -86 lbs... I have 7 lbs away from

my 250 goal. I only need -14 lbs till I hit my -100lb mark. Slowly but surly I

am getting there. Now that the weather is good I need to jump start my walking

again so that I can walk in the Heart walk in October. There are a few other

walk's they have locally coming up. I would really like to get involved more in

these walks for great causes that will help keep me motivated. I cannot believe

my life is finally getting there with the exercise. I cannot believe I can walk

2-3 miles a day right now. It is just awesome!! I remember when I could barly

walk a block and have to stop to catch my breath. I also do not find myself

winded when I hit the tops of stairs either.

WOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on my way to the gym soon. Drinking my protein shake. Double chocolate

with caramel..YUMM...I hope when I get on the scale it goes down some. I

tried picking up a 100 pound weight at the gym the other day. I couldnt

lift it. It just amazes me how much weight I lost.

OOOH! I have to go do that. I am running to Wal-mart today, I am going to go

play with the weights. hahaha... I always think of 5lb bags of sugar. Funny,

because I told my kids last night how much I have lost. Mysti says, " Sissy, that

is one of me and " (my 4 year old). I thought about it and said, you know,

i couldn't pick both of you up at once. I can barely pick up my 4 year old.

Crazy that we carried all that around for so long. No wonder why I couldn't do

anything.

GO MARILYNN!!!! Keep up what you are doing and it WILL go down!!!

It is wild when you think about your weight loss in terms of objects or people!

I've lost 3 10lb bags of potatoes! LOL!!! I bought some little 3lb weights at

Wal-Mart to start using on my arms. Can do that while sitting at watching tv at

night. I started last night. Whew!!! After about 50 reps those 3lbs felt like

30! LOL
