Interesting - let's hear what says, but my experience is that I had

diarrhea for 5 months (yes - 5 months) until I got on a good dose of HC and it

stopped, never to return. In my case, I think it was caused by Armour without

proper adrenal support.

Hi pat,

I had bever had IBS, diarrhea only started when I went to Armour thyroid. It

took 20mg HC (Cortef). I too, had taken syncrap - for 42 years. I didn't know

about adrenal support until I had been on Armour for two months and it took me

awhile longer to get the adrenal part figured out. It's a relief to not have

diarrhea.

Thank you so much < , for your reply. My Mother is on syncrap, and I

question if she needs thyroid. Doctor even reduced it at one point.

Can I ask how and with what form you dose the HC.?

Oh,sorry, , you did say Cortif. I know it would be difficultif not

impossible to get adoctor to perscribe, so hopefully I can have her try the

cream.

Hi Pat, can you get the saliva testing for your mother? Then you will know what

she needs for sure. You can order it yourself at www.canaryclub.org

I take Cortef and if I don't want to eat when it is time to take it, I use HC

cream, 1%. 1/4 tsp is approx equal to 10mg HC. I currently dose, 10 - 7.5 - 5 -

2.5 and will reduce again Wednesday to 22.5 total.

HI ,why didn't I think of that? Saliva testing would answer that.

I thought it was interesting you use the cream along with your Cortif. I have

some cream. It would make the Isocort go further so I wouldn't have to reorder

as often.
