Guest guest
>>Cortef is raising my energy level, but I'm an emotional wreck. Is this common? Is there anything that can be done about it, or is it just part of the process? << You need to give MANY more details than this. What is your temp? How long after the dose do you get this emoptional instability, WHAT emotions are you feeling? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Yesterday my temps were 98.3 (high for me), 97.7, 97.7. They generally range from 97.2 to 98.1. Yesterday was my first day at 20 mg. I've been feeling very tired in the afternoon. I've been really angry and miserable in the early evening, as well as spacey. I've been wondering if it's okay to dose 7 1/2, 5, 5, 2 1/2. If I take Cortef at bedtime, I can't sleep, and I ruminate about how life is passing me by while I try to sort out my medical problems. This morning, I'm feeling a little better since I took 7 1/2 about an hour ago. Maybe the instability is a low afternoon/early evening cortisol problem(?) Thank you again, Violet > > >>Cortef is raising my energy level, but I'm an emotional wreck. Is this common? Guest guest
10 (7 am), 5 (11 am), 2 1/2 (3 pm), 2 1/2 (7 pm) OK I do bbelieve th spacines if from too strong a cortiosl curve. Taking a 10MG AM dose means 2.5mg at 3PM is too low. Try this 7.5 - 7.5 - 5 - 2.5 -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
