Guest guest
I really do nto recommend a multi. You need to know WHICH vitamins you need and take those in MUCH hogher doses than you will get in a multi. mst hypo people need the B votamins, magnesium, vitamin D and omega's. I do nto feel that taking ALL the many vitamins is in the least beneficial! You will be taking some you dfon;t need and not enough of others. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Hi : I would recommend you look for a reputable independent vitamin store or look at vitacost.com. that sells food grade vitamins. GNC does not have good vitamins and they are more synthetic than natural. I buy country life vitamins for women in capsule form. They are an excellent vitamin. I buy them from Vitacost and the prices are good there. This vitamin includes enzymes, amino acids, etc. It is an excellent vitamin. I switch off every month to a different multi from country life. The one I am on now is called beyond food by country life. Just do a search on vitacost.com.... Hope that helps you.... I don't know the difference in anything out there, really? Thanks --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search. Guest guest
I would suggest a trip to a local health food store. There are many different formulas, some specific for age groups, ie. for menopausal women, younger women, etc. There are also some with or without iron. Solgar make s a good line of vitamins. There are some food based ones as well that are supposed to be good. Some have herbs or specific minerals included. I think the best thing to do is look at the labels. Make sure they contain what you want them to while still having a broad spectrum of the usual: all the B's, Vit.E, D, etc. When in doubt, ask someone working int he nutrition isle, they will be of great help to you. Good luck. > > Just wondering opinions on the best multi-vitamin I can take. Guest guest
Thanks. Until I get these levels checked and see this new doc whos suppose to test everything, I'd like to take something, somethings better than nothing. I was going to start the recommended vitamins off the sttm site, but don't want to until I find out exactly where Im at with all my vit levels. WIth my luck, Id get on something ,and itd end of being an overload, and Id have symptoms of that. THanks > > I really do nto recommend a multi.
