I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Especially you Val. Thank you

for all that you do so selflessly. I have hope that me & my hubby may

one day be healthier because of your help.

I have one question. I have been struggling with my BP for over a

month now. I am thinking of ordering a diuaretic (sp?) to help until

I can get it figured out. I tried to order dyazide but it is out of

stock in the UK. can you suggest another that I could take?
