11 hours of sleep ! ! ! WOW ! ! !

This morning is the first morning in so long I can't remember that I

have gotten out of bed feeling refreashed. The 1st 5-1/2hrs. where

the typical drug induced sleep with a wakeup followed by 5-1/2hrs.

natural sleep. I can't think of any explaination for this but it sure

was nice to feel rested for a change.
