Hang in there! So exciting for you! Thanks for the congrats.

Doesn't look like I need much of that courage anymore, so I'm

throwing some at ya! You will do fine. If only you guys knew me.

I'm such a baby and not very brave at all. The sheer will to fix

this open bite that has plagued me for 40 years was the only driving

force. So the bottom line is truly ... if I can do it, most folks

can. Just keep focused on the goal, the first week is the hardest

and then in no time it becomes a blur.
