In my experience, Himalayan is not as potent in minerals. I wake up with leg

cramps after using it for flushing, but not if I use Celtic. I'll use up the

pink stuff, but only Celtic after that. If - I live long enough. LOL I bought 5

lbs~! :)

I feel the same way. I like the taste, but it doesn't seem to have the same

mineral balance as the unrefined Celtic salt. Cheri
