Guest guest
Actually I ifnd the Himalayan a bit milder flavored than Celtic. I LOVE the Himalayan on salads! But i prefer the Celtic in my water. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
In my experience, Himalayan is not as potent in minerals. I wake up with leg cramps after using it for flushing, but not if I use Celtic. I'll use up the pink stuff, but only Celtic after that. If - I live long enough. LOL I bought 5 lbs~! >>>Actually I ifnd the Himalayan a bit milder flavored than Celtic. I LOVE the Himalayan on salads! But i prefer the Celtic in my water. Guest guest
I feel the same way. I like the taste, but it doesn't seem to have the same mineral balance as the unrefined Celtic salt.
