Guest guest
From my observation you might improve if your life changes, you take care of yourself well,etc..But there are always chances of falling back. I improved twice without taking any support. First one I had back problem and doctor gave me a manipulation and wanted me to stay in bad for 20 days, not even standing up for eating or toilet needs.I improved. second one.. I was in love, feeling very secure and happy.I was at stage 4 when these two things happened. bw. Nil Stages of AF, question... I know all about the stages of adrenal fatigue.I believe Im in stage 4. My question is, will you continue going downhill in the stages if you don't get proper treatment? Or can you stay stuck at a certain stage for a long time? I've had symptoms for almost three years (ones of which I connect with the beginning stages)..Im just wondering, if eventually your body can just ''poof'' and fix itself, unless you have addisons of course. Also, about addisons...if you're in stage 7, does that automatically mean you have addisons? or are there specific tests to confirm it is addisons and not just severe AF? Guest guest
Forgive my ignorance... I can't find anything describing the stages of adrenal fatigue, although I've seen plenty of references to them. Also, any guidance as to what you can do once you know what stage you're in? Thanks! Guest guest
Val, If I was at 's stage would my salivia test show that I am at the last stage of adrenal Exhaustion? The last two weeks my fatigue has been the worst it has been since three years ago when the EBV hit me out of the blue. Honestly, I can barley make it downstairs so I am going to sleep in one of out downstairs rooms tonight. The pain in my legs and arms are not budging even with a pain pill. I have started more supplements as I was real low in D . It is difficult for me to take it because I have it with Calcium and due to Calcium binding to things I am suppose to take it four hours apart from anything meds, other vitamins and I take quiet a few meds to be able to keep it four hours apart but I am trying(= a -- Re: Stages of AF, question... >>I know all about the stages of adrenal fatigue.I believe Im in stage 4. Guest guest
How would one know they had s without testing (I mean symptoms, etc)? Would they be able to get by on physiological doses of HC? Re: Stages of AF, question... Forgive my ignorance... Guest guest
a, How did they process go to get on SDSI? I've wondered about it myself. I stay at home with my kids and homeschool, but I KNOW I couldn't hold down a job right now. Even before I got worse, I couldn't have held down a regualr job. I helped this past summer at day camp for our girl scout service area and it took me over a month to recover. I wasn't doing the physical stuff. I was mainly the contact point for everyone and the first aid person. Everyone knew I couldn't keep up with the kids and needed the easieist job there. If I had to go from point A to point B, I drove my car. Just getting up early and being somewhere for 8 hours per day was what did me in. Cherie > I know what you mean!
