Hi a, I started really bad and was jumpy before starting HC. I'd say it

took a few months to go away...but it was definitely better and now it's back :(

I was never able to get labs so sometimes I wonder if I was high cortisol...it

is so maddening since the symptoms are pretty much the same.

I've been thinking about this and wondering if it is the Vitamin D or iron?

Both of those levels were low and even though I've been on Armour for almost

a year now I just now started taking the proper doses of the D and iron.<<

How about maybe it is adrenal healing and you need LESS HC now? This always

seems to catch people unaware. High pulse and ppounding heart are my first

signs it is time to reduce HC. I would try lowering the dose by 2.5mg.
