You also might try some papaya enzyme - they are chewable tablets - and

sometimes they help - you can get them at Walmart or Walgreens or most anywhere

that sells vitamins etc - good luck - deb in NE

ty hun..i dont have any of these things..but the water and cinnamon...the

sour stomach doesnt seem as bad this evening and ive been sippin on camomile

on and off...it seems to help for very short time (like an hour or so and

then stop) and i feel even more queezy

Angie, I just saw this receipe. Maybe it'll help your tummy but use splenda

or brown sugar lite instead of honey or sugar.

Ginger-Cinnamon Tea

(Ginger is purported to soothe an upset stomach.)

1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh ginger

6 cups water

2 cinnamon sticks

2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

lemon wedges for garnish if desired

In a saucepan, simmer ginger, cinnamon, and water 20 minutes, or more for

stronger tea. Add honey or sugar and strain tea through a sieve.
