Guest guest
Holy cow, it's still raining here. We just had over 2 1/2 inches and it's still raining. Our truck fell into a hole in our private road and got stuck. He had to get the tractor to pull us out. We did walk back to the horse barn to feed but we have to watch every step as we are sinking in from all this rain. He did walk around WalMart a little today but I think that's probably it for the day. He doesn't act like he feels very well today. He takes his readings first thing in the morning and then mid-afternoon. I'll be curious what the afternoon reading will be. Amber

We've donated most of it to a kids' home. What we have left if a Weider Crossbow weight machine, a Spinner bike, a Rebounder, a manual treadmill, jump ropes, exercise balls and video tapes. He has no energy to use them. When he does have energy, he rides the bike for 30 minutes 6x a week, works out on the wt. mach. 3x week. It's been several months since he's done this. He feels terrible today! Like usual. I'm puzzled because he weighs less today and his BS is the lowest it's been in months. He just keeps saying " I'm tired of this. Guest guest
You see, Amber, he exercised and it revved up his system and his body is now trying to make him well with a lower blood sugar and a little less weight. Did he walk today? Janie >> Over the years, we've had every piece of exercise equipment known to > man. We've donated most of it to a kids' home.
